Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, etc.) to engage and grow the audience.

Manage daily operations of social accounts, including community engagement and responding to comments/messages.

Monitor performance metrics and analytics to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Run paid social media advertising campaigns and analyze ROI.

Track competitor activity and audience insights to improve strategy and reach.
Requirements:

1–2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.

Strong understanding of each social platform’s algorithm, audience behavior, and content formats.

Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.

Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.

Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of social media advertising and reporting tools.
