Sales Closer

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Closer to join our team and convert warm leads into paying customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads, understanding their needs and objections.
  • Conduct persuasive sales calls and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process and handle negotiations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and scripts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer in [industry, e.g., high-ticket sales, real estate, SaaS, etc.].
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant leads.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
