Responsibilities:

Create and publish engaging GMB posts to drive local traffic and customer engagement.

Monitor GMB insights, reviews, and performance metrics to improve visibility and conversions.

Respond to customer reviews and manage reputation across GMB profiles.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align GMB strategies with overall digital marketing goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a GMB Specialist or in a similar local SEO role.

Strong understanding of GMB features, guidelines, and best practices.

Experience with citation building, local SEO tools, and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
