We are looking for a high-performing Sales Closer to join our team and convert warm leads into paying customers.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads, understanding their needs and objections.
- Conduct persuasive sales calls and follow-ups to close deals.
- Guide potential clients through the sales process and handle negotiations.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and scripts.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer in [industry, e.g., high-ticket sales, real estate, SaaS, etc.].
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant leads.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
